IBAN Defteri, IBAN numaralarınızı cihazınızda saklamanızı sağlayan bir araçtır. Hesap oluşturmanız gerekmez, giriş yapmanız gerekmez ve bir sunucumuz yoktur; kaydettiğiniz bilgiler bize gönderilmez. Tüm kayıtlarınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda, şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır. Reklam, satın alma, görselden metin okuma ve hata raporları için kullanılan hizmetlerin işlediği sınırlı teknik bilgiler 4. bölümde açıklanmıştır.
Aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur ve tarafımızca görülemez, toplanamaz veya erişilemez:
IBAN kayıtları AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Şifreleme anahtarı cihazınızın güvenli deposunda (Android'de Keystore, iPhone'da Anahtar Zinciri) üretilir ve tarafımıza hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.
İsteğe bağlı güvenlik özellikleri: PIN veya biyometrik uygulama kilidi, uygulama arka plandayken içeriğin gizlenmesi ve ekran görüntüsü engelleme.
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterilir; yetişkinlere yönelik reklam içerikleri kapalıdır. AdMob, reklam sunmak ve ölçümlemek için reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) gibi sınırlı cihaz bilgilerini işleyebilir. Bu süreç Google tarafından yürütülür; IBAN'larınız veya uygulama içeriğiniz AdMob ile asla paylaşılmaz. Ayrıntılar: Google Gizlilik Politikası.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İngiltere ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan reklamlar için Google'ın onay formuyla (User Messaging Platform) izin istenir. Onay vermezseniz kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez; tercihinizi Ayarlar → "Reklam Gizlilik Tercihleri" bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
Reklamları kalıcı olarak kaldırmak için uygulama içinden tek seferlik "Pro" satın alımı yapabilir veya isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam izleyerek 24 saat reklamsız kullanabilirsiniz.
Pro satın alımı Android'de Google Play Faturalandırma, iPhone'da Apple'ın uygulama içi satın alma sistemi üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz, işlemez ve saklamayız; tüm ödeme süreci ilgili mağaza tarafından yönetilir. Uygulama yalnızca satın alımın geçerli olup olmadığı bilgisini alır.
iPhone'da metin tanıma Apple'ın cihaz içi Vision çerçevesiyle yapılır; görsel ve metin cihazdan çıkmaz ve bu özellik için hiçbir sunucuya bağlanılmaz.
Android'de ekran görüntüsünden veya fotoğraftan IBAN okuma özelliği, Google Play hizmetleri üzerinden çalışan Google ML Kit metin tanıma özelliğini kullanır. Tanıma tamamen cihaz üzerinde yapılır; seçtiğiniz görsel ve içindeki metin Google'a veya bize gönderilmez ve uygulama görseli saklamaz. ML Kit, metin tanıma modelini indirmek ve güncellemek için Google sunucularına bağlanabilir ve özelliğin performansı ve kullanımı hakkında sınırlı tanılama bilgilerini (ör. cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama paket adı ve sürümü, hata kodları) Google'a gönderebilir. Bu özelliği kullanmak isteğe bağlıdır.
Uygulamayı bir süre kullandıktan sonra mağazanın (Google Play veya App Store) değerlendirme penceresi gösterilebilir. Değerlendirme mağaza üzerinden yapılır; puanınızı veya kimliğinizi uygulama içinde görmeyiz.
Reklam sıklığı gibi ayarları uygulamayı güncellemeden düzenleyebilmek için uygulama, günde en fazla iki kez GitHub Pages'te barındırılan küçük bir ayar dosyasını (bu politikanın bulunduğu sitede) indirir. Bu istekte kişisel veri, cihaz kimliği veya IBAN bilgisi gönderilmez. Her web isteğinde olduğu gibi GitHub IP adresinizi teknik olarak görebilir; ayrıntılar: GitHub Gizlilik Bildirimi.
Uygulama çökerse veya beklenmeyen bir hata oluşursa, sorunu düzeltebilmemiz için Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) aracılığıyla anonim bir hata raporu gönderilir. Rapor yalnızca teknik bilgiler içerir: hata mesajı ve koddaki konumu, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü. IBAN, hesap sahibi adı, ekran görüntüsü veya kullanıcı kimliği gönderilmez; raporlardaki IBAN'a ya da hesap numarasına benzeyen metinler cihazdan çıkmadan maskelenir. İsteğe bağlı ana ekran widget'ı (yalnızca Android), favori IBAN'ınızın yalnızca banka adını ve maskelenmiş IBAN'ı (ör. TR33 **** **** 26) gösterir. Uygulama kilidi açıksa widget'tan kopyalama yapılamaz, yalnızca uygulama açılır. Uygulama simgesine uzun basınca çıkan kısayolda sistemde yalnızca kayıt numarası ve banka adı saklanır; IBAN ve hesap sahibi adı kısayola yazılmaz.
Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz. IBAN bilgileriniz cihazınızdan yalnızca sizin başlattığınız işlemlerle çıkar: kopyalama, metin/görsel/QR olarak paylaşma veya yedek dosyası oluşturma. Paylaşılan görsel ve QR'a hesap sahibi adı ile bankanın eklenip eklenmeyeceğini siz seçersiniz. Açıklama notlarınız paylaşılan içeriğe eklenmez.
Daha önce paylaştığınız veya dışa aktardığınız dosyalar (ör. bir mesajlaşma uygulamasına gönderilen yedek) sizin kontrolünüzdedir ve bu işlemlerden etkilenmez.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve üstteki tarih güncellenir.

IBAN Defteri is a tool for storing your IBANs on your own device. No account is required, there is no sign-in, and we have no servers; what you save is never sent to us. All your entries stay encrypted on your device only. The limited technical information processed by the services used for ads, purchases, reading text from images and crash reports is described in section 4.
The following is kept exclusively in your device's local storage and can never be seen, collected or accessed by us:
IBAN entries are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is generated in your device's secure storage (Keystore on Android, Keychain on iPhone) and is never sent to us.
Optional security features: PIN or biometric app lock, hiding content while the app is in the background, and screenshot blocking.
The free version shows ads via Google AdMob; mature ad content is disabled. AdMob may process limited device information such as the Advertising ID in order to serve and measure ads. This is handled by Google; your IBANs and app content are never shared with AdMob. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform). If you do not consent, personalised ads are not shown; you can change your choice at any time under Settings → "Ad Privacy Choices".
You can remove ads permanently with a one-time in-app "Pro" purchase, or watch an optional rewarded ad for 24 hours of ad-free use.
The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play Billing on Android and by Apple's in-app purchase system on iPhone. We never see, process or store your payment details; the entire payment flow is handled by the store. The app only receives whether the purchase is valid.
On iPhone, text recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework; the image and its text never leave the device and no server is contacted for this feature.
On Android, reading an IBAN from a screenshot or photo uses Google ML Kit text recognition, provided through Google Play services. Recognition happens entirely on your device; the image you pick and the text in it are never sent to Google or to us, and the app does not store the image. ML Kit may contact Google servers to download and update the text recognition model and may send Google limited diagnostic information about the feature's performance and usage (e.g. device model, OS version, app package name and version, error codes). Using this feature is optional.
After you have used the app for a while, the store's rating dialog (Google Play or App Store) may be shown. Reviews are handled by the store; we cannot see your rating or identity inside the app.
To adjust settings such as ad frequency without an app update, the app downloads a small settings file hosted on GitHub Pages (the same site as this policy) at most twice a day. No personal data, device identifier or IBAN data is sent with this request. As with any web request, GitHub can technically see your IP address; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
If the app crashes or an unexpected error occurs, an anonymous error report is sent via Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) so we can fix the problem. The report contains only technical information: the error message and its location in the code, app version, device model and operating system version. No IBANs, account holder names, screenshots or user identifiers are sent; any text resembling an IBAN or account number is masked on the device before the report leaves it. You can turn crash reports off under Settings → "Send Crash Reports". See the Sentry Privacy Policy.
The optional home screen widget (Android only) shows only the bank name and a masked IBAN (e.g. TR33 **** **** 26) of your favourite entry. If the app lock is on, the widget cannot copy; it only opens the app. For the shortcut shown when you long-press the app icon, the system stores only an entry number and the bank name; the IBAN and account holder name are never written to it.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Your IBAN data leaves your device only through actions you initiate — copying, sharing as text/image/QR, or creating a backup file. You choose whether the account holder name and bank are included in a shared image or QR. Your description notes are never included in shared content.
Files you have already shared or exported (e.g. a backup sent to a messaging app) remain under your control and are not affected.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
This policy may be updated when needed. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date at the top.
